What data we process – and why

• Purchases: email, name, payment status, order number and (for physical goods) address and phone – to deliver, give you a login and meet bookkeeping law. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Account and My balance: test results, chapters listened to, mood and the balance log you write yourself – so the service works. Legal basis: contract. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• The AI agents: your messages to Elin are sent to our AI provider (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) to generate replies. We only send your own data, never other customers'. Please don't write sensitive personal data in the chat.
• Newsletter and the 3-day plan: email and name – with your consent. Unsubscribe anytime by replying to an email.
• Customer service: what you write to us, in order to help you.
• Statistics: page views and clicks (anonymised session id, page, device type) and Google Analytics – to improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest and consent respectively.

Recipients

Stripe (payment), Klarna (if you choose Klarna), our web host, email service, AI providers and Google Analytics. We never sell your data.

How long

Purchase data is kept for 7 years under Swedish bookkeeping law. Account data is kept as long as you have your account. Newsletter until you unsubscribe. Support cases for 2 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. Email us and we will help you within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
