1. Seller
Sluta Grina, digital book publisher, Sweden. Email: info@slutagrina.se. These terms apply to all purchases on slutagrina.se.
2. Products
- Sluta Grina (digital) – the online book and PDF (English and Swedish), the audiobook, the Balance Compass and tests, My balance, the Meal Agent and AI agents. One-time purchase, no subscription. The current price is shown at checkout (right now 129 SEK).
- Ritual products – physical goods such as incense, nazar, saffron and oils shipped to you.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Customers outside Sweden pay in SEK; your card issuer converts to your currency. Payment is handled by Stripe with card, Apple Pay/Google Pay or Klarna. We never store your card details. Shipping for physical goods is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Delivery
Digital: right after payment you receive an email with your personal code. You log in with email + code. Check that your email address is correct and look in your spam folder if the email is delayed.
Physical goods: normally shipped within 1–3 business days within Sweden. Contact us about shipping outside Sweden.
5. Right of withdrawal
Digital content: under EU distance-selling rules there is no right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately, when you have agreed at purchase that delivery starts and the right of withdrawal therefore ends. If something doesn't work, we will help you – contact us.
Physical goods: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the item. Notify us by email. The item must be returned unused; you pay return shipping. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back. For hygiene reasons the right does not apply to opened food (e.g. saffron) or sealed oils whose seal has been broken.
6. Complaints
If an item is faulty or damaged on delivery you have the right to complain under consumer law. Contact us with a photo and order number and we will sort it out.
7. Use and copyright
All content is protected by copyright and licensed for personal use. Sharing your login, copying, reselling or distributing the content is not allowed.
8. Health
Sluta Grina shares traditional knowledge, inspiration and self-help. The content and the AI agents do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are ill, pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication – consult your healthcare provider before changing your diet or using herbs and oils. Always check allergens in the recipes.
9. Disputes
We always try to resolve matters together with you. You can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
